Historically, the "house niggers" were thought to be the ones that were all up on Massa's jock. They were treated better than those in field, but still claimed solidarity with the folks out there. If the Gov/Military Complex is "Massa" and the People are out in the "field," I'd say Bill was pretty much spot on. Can't really be mad at him for calling a spade a spade.(See what I did there?)
