So, this happened, and then, apparently after a public outcry, the prosecutor had this to say about it. We'll never know what really happened, but if you die in state custody, someone needs to be accountable for that. If I were watching a kid, and that kid died, I'd go to jail. How much greater is the responsibility of a jailer than that of a babysitter? Sad.
