Some folks were surprised by Hil's pick of a virtually unknown washington insider as her running mate, and many media outlets rushed to explain to us, the unwashed masses, who exactly Tim Kaine is. For those of you that ask 'Who is this guy?' I believe that Mr. Kaine's obvious answer should be "chicka-chicka Tim Shady."
